The list of sectors to encourage investment in Nghi Son Economic Zone and industrial zones in the province of Thanh Hoa.
I. Nghi Son Economic Zone
1. Industrial chemical manufacturers, after refining, the petrochemical subsidiary;
2. Metallurgical Industry, industrial manufacturing mechanical engineering; industrial parts manufacturing, automobile assembly components;
3. Production of construction materials;
4. Investment in construction and business infrastructure of industrial zones, different functional areas in Nghi Son EZ;
5. Investment in construction and commercial exploitation of seaports;
6. Investment in the construction of new towns; resort and recreation services; the banking financial services, insurance, logictics;
7. Investment in health career development, education and sports;
8. Investment in the areas of environmental protection such as: collection, garbage disposal and solid waste and hazardous waste; recycling and use of waste;
9. The other project was approved the policy of the People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa province;

II. INDUSTRIAL PARKS
1. Industrial production of electrical equipment, refrigeration;
2. Investment in manufacturing high-tech products; biotechnology; Electronics and Telecommunication;
3. Investment in the production of medical devices; traditional medicine, western pharmaceutical; plant protection chemicals of biological origin; biofertilizers;
4. Investment in the construction business and industrial park infrastructure;
5. Production of mechanical engineering; industrial parts manufacturing, automobile assembly components;
6. Industrial production of construction materials;
7. The other project was approved the policy of the People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa province;
