1. Geographic location:
Le Mon Industrial Zone, Thanh Hoa province was the Prime Minister established, approved construction investment projects and business infrastructure in Decision No. 186/1998 / QD-TTg, dated 25/09/1998 and the Decision No. 1396 / QD-TTg dated 29/10/2001 of the Prime Minister on the amendment of some provisions of Decision No. 186/1998 / QD-TTg dated 25/09/1998 of the Prime Minister on the elaboration and approval of investment projects and business building infrastructures Le Mon Industrial Zone, Thanh Hoa province.
This is the first industrial parks in Thanh Hoa province, close to the central city of Thanh Hoa and 1A 5 km to the east, from the port of Le Mon 1km, Nghi Son port 60 km.
The boundary is determined as follows:
– In the north: Quang Chau River
– The South: Highway 47
– The Eastern borders Quang Phu commune
– To the west: Thanh Hoa City

2. Size of the area:
Le Mon Industrial Zone located in Quang Hung commune, Thanh Hoa city and the scale approved is 62.61 hectares, invested capital: 63.5 billion.
